Disclosure
The student has the right to consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information contained in the student's education records, except to the extent that FERPA authorizes disclosure without consent. One exception that permits disclosure without consent is disclosure to school officials with legitimate educational interests. A school official is a person employed by Giligia College in an administrative, supervisory, academic, or support staff position or company with whom Giligia College has contracted.
Facility and Campus Improvement Plan It is our goal to maintain a sufficient and adequate facility to provide for the ongoing operation, maintenance and improvement of our physical campus. Giligia College is committed to sufficiently maintaining a physical facility that provides for the health and safety of employees, students and visitors.
